Chakra Meditation & Messages in A Bottle

I Am Creative and Kali Sould Art & Yoga are coming together on the beach for this one of a kind time for yourself,  Yay! We will be able to social distance and have bathrooms nearby. 

Lauri will lead an hour meditation and movement opening up our chakras and getting the energy flowing. 

Hollis will provide the supplies to collect sand and treasures from the beach to put in a jar.  Messages will be written using paper and pens that correlate with the chakras  to be taken out daily to revisit and renergize yourself to stay in that high vibe space.
