Chakras are energy centers that keep us balanced and energized, or not. We will do a reset to get them moving in the right direction. This mediation and movement will lead to a hands-on opportunity to move paint around on a canvas and allow it to flow. Finger painting is not just for kids! 

SPECIAL Guest -Lauri Andreacchio: Is Yoga Alliance Certified & Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga Trained. She will be leading us through a meditation and light movement bringing awareness to the chakras. She hopes to assist her students in finding Peace, Love, Compassion & Joy that they can bring into their everyday lives.
