A gentle meditation will relax you and guide you to visualize your personal affirmation.
A colorful clay, that you will take home with you, will be used to sculpt your one of a kind stone to serve as a reminder to RELAX in this especially busy time of year.
SPECIAL guest-Karin Otto: Yoga & Meditation teacher extraordinaire. Karin has been teaching for 20 years +. She is so good at making you comfortable and relaxing right into it. Karin's interest in movement, art, and the yogic path are reflected in energetic, inspiring classes which emphasize healing, transformation, openness, and gratitude. Karin loves sharing her passion for this sacred practice and guiding students towards wholeness, joy, and compassion both on and off the mat.
