Your story does not need to be polished. It needs to be real.

Speak from your experience. Share what felt confusing, powerful, tender, complicated or transformative.

Tone & Approach

• Be honest and reflective

• Speak naturally — as if telling a trusted friend

• Embrace vulnerability

• Allow pauses, emotion, and authenticity

Perfection is not required. Presence is.

Length

• Recommended length: 2-3 minutes

• Maximum: 3 minutes

• If your story is longer, consider focusing on one specific

• moment or lesson.

Recording Guidelines

• To ensure quality audio:

• Record in a quiet space

• Use headphones or a microphone if available

• Avoid background noise (fans, traffic, TV, etc.)

• Speak clearly and at a steady pace

• Save your file as MP3

• The Moment – What happened?

• The Feeling – What did it stir in you?

• The Lesson – What did love teach you?

• The Shift – How did it change you?
