Creative Brain Breaks: 4 Week Exploration

This trial run is all about giving ourselves permission and carving out some time to  imagine & explore and have some adult time and fun! It is proven that when we take time for ourselves and express ourselves we are happier humans. 

Things we could be doing: creating our own vision cards, playing in the kitchen to make a yummy snack or meal, string art ( remember that) , blackout poetry ( it is fun I promise, no drinking involved here). So much goodness where we get to laugh, talk and get hands on. It is not set in stone.. you can help decide what we are going to do to get out of our heads and break the routines. 

This is a no brainer at the cost and you can feel nurtured as I create the space for you that is all about connection and play.
