Love Yourself First

It is not being selfish to love yourself, we must begin by loving ourselves first.

Focusing on all things SELF LOVE. We will talk about energetic vibration, gratitude, our chakras, and the power of meditation. We will experience a Heart Chakra meditation, allowing us to tune into love.

This is for YOU by prioritizing yourself and not feeling guilty about it! You are NOT being selfish to love yourself and it starts with US to love ourselves first. Do you feel drained, spent, exhausted? We cannot serve the people in our world until we take care of us! Take the time to have fun, and invest in yourself!

No experience necessary! No drawing or painting skills needed! We will be throwing some paint, we can even do some finger painting if you are so inspired!

Why you need this: 

• Giving yourself permission to be kind to yourself, to refuel, and do things that allows you to feel joyful! 
• You will feel more connected to yourself and others. Balance in work and life and play is key to sanity.
• Expressing yourself is key to joy and happiness...
• If you are thinking 'I am not artistic' or 'I have never been good at art' then this is definitely for you! This is about exploration, expression and just having fun while being present. This has nothing to do with be an artist or creative and more about finding your inner child to play, have fun, and just be....

Lastly not sure how you will get all the supplies? Not a concern! You have the option to receive ALL the supplies for the project OR the list will be provided and you can pick out your own! 

Supplies Needed for Art Experience: 

• 1 Canvas: 5x7
• Acrylic paints( kit will have paint pots with various colors)
• Paintbrush
• (2) Pieces of an oaktag to make a template
• Scissors
