About the event
It is not being selfish to love yourself, we must begin by loving ourselves first.
Focusing on all things SELF LOVE. We will talk about energetic vibration, gratitude, our chakras, and the power of meditation. We will experience a Heart Chakra meditation, allowing us to tune into love.
This is for YOU by prioritizing yourself and not feeling guilty about it! You are NOT being selfish to love yourself and it starts with US to love ourselves first. Do you feel drained, spent, exhausted? We cannot serve the people in our world until we take care of us! Take the time to have fun, and invest in yourself!
No experience necessary! No drawing or painting skills needed! We will be throwing some paint, we can even do some finger painting if you are so inspired!
