The Power of The Doodle

Join as we explore different kinds of lines, shapes and create a personalized page filled with I Am statements. It is all about you baby!

What will we do?

1) Meditate and get into that centered space.

2) Explore the world of lines ( with visuals of course)

3)Then make a list of all of the adjectives to describe you.

4) Add the I Am in front and create a design that resonates and shines your light.

You can make it as colorful as you want based on the supplies that you have and choose to use.

Supplies required:

• (2) pieces of paper: preferably white : 8.5” x 11” could be printing paper
• Pencil or Pen

Other materials could use if so inspired

• Colored Pencils
• Markers
• Sharpies
• Crayons
