About the event
It is all about you baby!
There will be a slideshow to have visuals while making it interactive. This is how we do it!
1) Meditate and get into that centered space.
2) Explore the doodling
3) Make a list of adjectives to describe you.
3) On a larger piece of paper, create a design with lines & shapes and add the adjectives to create an affirmation vision poster per se, that resonates and shines your light.
