Unblock Yourself: Creative Exploration Through Writing

You do not have to consider yourself a "writer".

This time is to allow for exploration and expression through prompts that will be given. We will be using ekphrastic writing which uses senses of smell, taste, vision and touch to be the starting point for storytelling along with short prompts.

This is a safe space where you can just write for you or there will be time built in to share with one another to be listeners and support you in what flows through.

It really is such a great feeling when we get out of our heads and into our bodies and just allow.
